Stop damage: Don’t dry your hair all the way
Most people dry their hair completely post bath, which is completely wrong. Instead dry only up to 90% of moisture in your hair, and then stop. The style should fall into place if your hair is healthy and well cut.

Applying too many hair products can be bad for your hair. But a proper cleaning with baking soda once a week can get rid of all that junk from your hair. Just add 1 tablespoon of baking soda to your hair while applying shampoo to your hair.
Liven up flat hair: Pour on a brewski
Mix 3 tablespoons of beer in a half cup of warm water before you shower. After you shampoo, rub the solution and let it set for a couple of minutes, then rinse it off. The results will truly amaze you.

Beat brittle hair: Butter up

Another home remedy for dry hair is an olive oil mask. To remove dryness from your hair treat your hair with warm ½ cup of olive oil (but remember don’t boil it). Use a moisturizing conditioner a few times a week to block out humidity, which will make your hair flat.
Add a natural shine: Rinse with tea
Use a quart of warm, unsweetened tea as a final rinse after your regular shampoo, to get a natural shine.
